totallybaosters!: 4th Of June.

i'm back with a post filled with pictures. :)

4th of June!
felt like an awesome day, whether i was in school or spending the night with the girls, twas' a very nice day. even the beer tasted better wtf.

but anyways, we had our dinner at Bubba Gumps (again) since Siva haven't been there yet. food was great, companies were even better. if you like shrimps you can always go there, they serve very fresh shrimps. well...that's what we were supposed to pay for.

good service as well. haha, where would YOU get a waiter who uses his hands to take away the remaining shrimp shells on the table that fell off the plate? i mean with his bare hands without tissue or cloth. hahahahaha, it was such a spontaneous act all of us gave the "what the..." look, obviously not in the bad way, but it was just....weird. you get what i mean. lol.

san, mae and siva. hor, 2 people with new haircut! :D mae had her hair rebonded and got bangs which suits her a lot. while siva had her hair cut to shoulder length and did relaxing. nice right!?

hahahahaha. you definitely will run when you see this.

something with jasmine rice. love it. tasted like a fusion of baked otak-otak(minus the spicyness of the real otak and replace it with creamy) with shrimps.

very succulent shrimp.

one appetizer, 2 main courses, and one very happy dessert. trust me, the portion is REALLY big enough for 4 people.

the dessert that we had. was really called "that chocolate thing!", check the menu if you're there next time. whipped cream on top of the ice cream and inside the jar was a splat of very cool chocolatey stuff, both crunchy and rich. haha, i don't know how to explain it. and when you're eating it, it felt like you're eating jam out of a jar because the dessert was in the jar. make sure you share them with 4 people, unless if you can withstand the sweetness, then share it with 2 people. not very advisable though.

mae and i. it's so hard to take a picture of 4 of us in the toilet. we did snap some but all of them were either blur, one of us looked shit or or....haha, just didn't look nice. this was taken in the hidden toilet mae showed us. reeaaaaally hidden.

hahahahaha! like what san said, pictures like this will only make it on blogs and not on facebook. i like this picture though. :D

we headed to Republic later on. mae was supposed to study in Gloria Jeans after dinner but when we reach there to check out what time the place closes, it was already 10pm and the place will be closing at 10.30pm. haha. so she followed us to Republic anyways, feeling very guilty because she hadn't study for a bit. sorry ya. :P

a mug of Heineken. beer will never go wrong.

Cosmopolitan that didn't taste very good. too much liquor we reckoned. was supposed to be sweet but....bartender got generous? we don't know.

a cup of ice and Sangria. the drink was alright, better than the Cosmopolitan.

haha, complimentary juice. the waiter asked if she didn't like alcohol, but she didn't explain further since it was just a waiter asking. she was supposed to go for a medical check up next day, so the waiter gave her a cup of water. yeah, complimentary "juice" (inside joke, lol)
