Earth Day.

Happy Earth Day. :)

Vege & Fruits Wash
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of baking soda
about 20 drops of grape seed fruit extract
1 spray bottle

mix them ALL together and pour them into the spray bottle. spray them onto your vege or fruits and then wash it away with water. voila, you get clean fruits/vege now. soaking your fruits/vege in the water doesn't help clean up the pesticide very well!

i wouldn't have known this if it wasn't because of google. apparently Earth Day (wiki's taking gajillion years to open) is celebrated every year on April 22nd. i never knew Astro was playing an up to date Oprah Winfrey show. but anyways, i think it's cool now that a lot more people are aware of the environment. this issue had never been that "hot" till lately. even mum is trying to go for organic now and then. it's a great start really. so yeah, that's just something i'm sharing with you (although none of you would actually take note of it lah, hahaha, am doing this because it's Earth Day).

anyways, my day had been spent lazily. woke up late (not surprising) and then spent my whole afternoon in front ot the tv. was supposed to go out with mum but the weather was blazing, it didn't help much. oh well.
